I get plenty of vitamin c in my diet but I will su I get plenty of vitamin c in my diet but I will supplement it in doses of 1-2 grams when traveling by plane.

I hardly ever get sick but taking flights, especially long ones, used to mess me up 🤧. That however hasn’t been an issue since I started taking vitamin c before, during and after flying.
